The Search

Using extensive local knowledge, we will proactively search your preferred area for properties marketed via all media, including local and national estate agents, private sellers and local developers. As we live and work in the area ourselves, we often hear about properties before they are marketed.

All properties which meet your criteria will be personally viewed. The most suitable of these will be short-listed for you to view. A detailed unbiased report on each short-listed property will be sent to you. These reports will contain information about the property , the location and local amenities.
